Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers and provide fast and friendly service.
- Answer customer inquiries by phone and email, offering tailored solutions.
- Ensure accurate administrative follow-up of all customer requests.
- Contribute to a safe and reliable experience for our customers.
REQUERIMENTS
- Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written, with a good command of English.
- Customer-oriented, empathetic, and a strong communicator.
- Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required.
- Solution-oriented, able to work well under pressure, and capable of multitasking.
- Comfortable working with computer systems and software applications.
- A valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required.

- Base salary:
- €1,600 gross per month (based on a 39-hour contract)
- Monthly bonus: €200 gross (based on quality and adherence to schedule)
- Permanent contract after a 1-month probation period
