The projects you will be working on are for a variety of customers and are often infrastructure related services projects with medium complexity. In this challenging environment you will be able to develop your competences and skills in the role and manage and start up (international) projects yourself.
As a Project Manager you ensure your projects are successfully executed, measured against time, quality and budget. In this role you are responsible for content, budget and timetables and reporting to the Head of Project and Program Management (P&PS). You ensure that the financial management is in order, scope management is adequate, you identify stakeholders and manage risks. You take a pro-active and a solution-oriented approach and have a strong drive for results which enables you to engage with our customers and deliver customer value. 
Fujitsu acquires very challenging projects in a variety of sectors; projects for new customers, like Transition and Transformation projects and project renewals and extensions of services to existing customers. In this fast changing environment Fujitsu’s expertise will be challenged in the fields of functionality and efficiency. In this setting you will support and subsequently take ownership of the implementation of state of the art workplaces (front and backend), file migrations, mail migrations, cloud implementations etc. Our projects often comprehend vital business needs and therefore need to be treated as such. We expect you to connect our solutions to our services and to manage the steps from concept phase to the business as usual delivery phase.
In this role your daily tasks mainly consist of assisting Project Managers and enabling them to perform with the highest level of quality standards and improving the client satisfaction. Monitoring projects, creating Budget Estimated Actuals, Financial Status reports and auditing projects are some of your tasks. You offer guidance, make sure documentation is maintained and optimize processes and standard procedures. Reporting as well as maintaining good relationships with your stakeholders is key in this role. You deliver clear and concise status reports to your stakeholder which contributes to manage their expectations.
Solid internal and external communication will be vital to ensure the success of your project(s). 
Your level of ambition and drive determines the time frame for  a carrier step to the role of project manager.

Do you have what it takes?
You have a Bachelor or University degree (in a beta study) and have multiple years of proven project management experience in workplace services (Windows 7/10) and in migrating customers to the Microsoft Cloud, preferably also within the public domain. You are familiar (and certified) with project management industry standards (e.g  PMP, IPMA, Prince2, SCRUM) and have experience and know-how of IT infrastructure and leading Fixed Time/Price projects. As a person you are a committed, communicative professional who is flexible and a true team worker with good analytical skills who likes to share knowledge and is not afraid to roll op her/his sleeves!
